These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Project Frida. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Project Frida creates handcrafted and small-batch jewellery and accessories. Due to the handmade nature of many products, slight variations in colour, shape, finish, or materials may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Project Frida currently ships to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Project Frida cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, damage, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

5. Returns

Customers have the right to return eligible items within 5 days of receiving their order. Returned products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or altered items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, product descriptions, and content on the Project Frida website remain the intellectual property of Project Frida and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Liability

Project Frida shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products. Normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, and unauthorized repairs are excluded from liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
