Project Frida currently ships to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

For our jewellery, we work with Mikropakket, a specialized shipping partner for valuable goods. This service includes personal delivery and insurance coverage during transit.

For accessories and non-jewellery items, we use the services of Bpost.

Orders are processed once payment has been received. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, busy periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Project Frida no longer has control over the shipping process. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for delays, loss, damage, or incorrect delivery caused by the carrier. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will gladly assist customers in initiating an investigation or insurance claim with the relevant carrier.
